Travis Lass
President

Travis Lass, along with Frank Vers, jointly formed Xlcon in 2004. He has been President since initial inception.
Relying on nearly 15 years of network engineering
experience, Mr. Lass recently introduced his vision of technology optimization to Xlcon. Pushing for clients to re-evaluate their mindset of Xlcon as a “break/fix” service company and begin accepting Xlcon as their partner in utilizing technology to become more profitable.
Mr. Lass earned his bachelor’s degree in MIS and operations management from the University of Arizona and his master’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University.

Frank Vers
Vice President of Customer Experience, Partner

Frank Vers, along with Travis Lass, jointly formed Xlcon in 2004. Recently he was designated Vice President of Customer Experience.
As VP of Client Experience, Mr. Vers is responsible in ensuring that every business that partners with Xlcon has their needs fulfilled to an exceptional level. In this role, Mr. Vers manages
Xlcon's technical team and helps them promote a consistent message of strong customer support to our client base.
Mr. Vers is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer in Window Server 2003 and is continuing the certification path with Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist Designation on Windows Server 2008.

Jim Steffes
Vice President of Network and Project Optimization, Partner

Jim Steffes became part of Xlcon in 2006 when Xlcon acquired Steffes Consulting. Recently he was designated Vice President of Network and Project Optimization.
As VP of Network and Project Optimization, Mr. Steffes is responsible for analyzing client networks and providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and up-time. In addition, Mr. Steffes is responsible
for managing client projects; thus monitoring the project timeline and ensuring that deadlines and project objectives are met.
Mr. Steffes is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist with Microsoft Exchange. This knowledge is used to promote Unified Communications for our clients.
